| Patient History/Progess Notes (To Do List): | I found using a patient sheet such as this extremely useful on my Internal Medicine rotation for keeping organized with each patient's vitals, lab results, and To Do lists for each day. There is enough room in the upper left corner of each page to fit a Vancouver General Hospital Sticky Label with each patient's medical numbers (you may need to alter the margin to fit your institution's stamping machine or labels.) | |||||||
